Training and Development
Harding Building Servcies are proud of our heritage for recruiting and developing local people, offering work placed opportunities and providing them with skills for life.
Working in partnership with our various clients during the last five years, our entire trainee intake has been through a variety of locally based initiatives, tying this into our clients social value initiatives, many of which have been designed to target groups who have traditionally been under-represented within the construction industry.
As well as formal training, all Harding Building Services’s site based employees hold an appropriate CSCS Card in their chosen trade. Staff receive regular toolbox talks and training throughout the cycle of their employment and their current workplace needs. We also undertake annual appraisals to agree individual tailored development plans.
